Location was amazing and the hotel in general was comfortable, I loved it. The staff was helpful and affable, offered concierge service and wake up service free of charge. This was my 2nd stay, they offered guest room with comfortable beds. Had a shower and bath sheets in the bathroom. Location: the venue was just off airport and the Transmilenio.

The hotel's location is convenient for embassy visits and public transport. Staff are kind, and some go out of their way to be helpful. While the rooms are nothing special, there are a few advantages to communication and privacy, such as being able to order food at the hotel.
The bathroom facilities are in need of upkeep, the shower knobs were broken in one of the rooms, and some of the facilities are under construction.

We had a fantastic and hassle-free stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the helpful and courteous staff who were always willing to assist us with any request. Additionally, the hotel's location was wonderful as it was conveniently situated across the street from the embassy and a short walk to the Transmilenio. We also found it impressive that we could get a ride to the hotel from the airport for just $0.66 cents.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the US embassy and the Transmilenio station. The hotel staff, especially Johanna and the gentleman from Venezuela at the front desk, were outstanding. They were always friendly, helpful, and willing to assist with any request. We felt safe in the area and enjoyed the comfort of the hotel. Additionally, transportation to and from the airport was convenient and affordable, with the option to take a cab or the Transmilenio for a very reasonable price.
Could not be improved in any way.
